Results of first half-year of 2010

Summing up work in the first half-year of 2010 JSC "Trubmash" has fixed growth of some indicators of its activity. According to vector development of the company, the problems which were indicated for this period have been successfully solved.

Trubmash continues to increase a share of deliveries of pipe production for enterprises of electropower, petrochemical and machine-building branches. In comparison with the similar period of 2009, the total amount of gain has grown by 37,6 %, and has made 1,2 billion roubles. The gain of sales in physical measurement has made 10 %. In total since the beginning of the year pipe production has been shipped to 133 address of customers.

The increase in shipments has occurred also at the expense of deliveries for industrial active of Group NOVAEM – Sibenergomash. Last year there were no deliveries to boiler factory.

Positive dynamics was observed in activity of all managements of the company. So during the accounting period Management of sales for enterprises of power complex has increased volume of shipments by 10 %, and Management of sales for enterprises of petrolgaschemical complex has increased sales in 1,6 times.

In 2010 Trubmash began to sell more actively seamless pipes of various assortment – their share in total amount of sales for the first half-year has made 48 %. Other types of pipes were distributed as follows in the structure of shipments: welded pipes (TBD and general purpose) – 29 %, pipes for boiler-houses – 18 %, other – 5 %.

The analysis of the tender activity has shown that today Trubmash can successfully compete with metal traders, and as a rule the company loses to factories – manufacturers of pipe production, that is quite natural.

Till the end of 2010 the company is planning to conclude a number of contracts on delivery of pipe production for petrochemical complex and for enterprises of power branch for a total sum of about 1,3 billion rbl.

According to the General director of JSC "Trubmash" Vitaly Aleksandrovich Novikov:

«I suppose that Trubmash team has adequately worked during the first half of the current year. We still have high potential for further development. And top management of Trubmash is ready for development of new directions».

The group of companies NOVAEM was created in March, 2010 by means of transformation of group of companies "Trubmash". Group NOVAEM includes Open Society "Sibenergomash", JSC "Trubmash", Open Company "Trubmashexport", and also the head company of Group - JSC "NOVAEM".
